Our Leadership Coaching programme consists of a number of individual coaching sessions, normally 3 but dependent on the need, run over a 6 month time period.

All coaching sessions are focused on achieving the performance objectives identified in the initial contracting and goal setting session. 

In addition there may be an initial assessment at the beginning of the programme and again after 6 months to measure the impact of the development, tools here may include 360° Feedback and Emotional Intelligence.

To support the coaching programme our coaches use our unique Coaching Management System, mye-coach which provides access to our specially designed Coaching Toolkit.  

Both of these help reinforce and accelerate the achievement of the coaching objectives.
